The Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley (GAGV), which celebrated its 25th anniversary in 1998, is a non-profit agency dedicated to the eradication of heterosexism and homophobia and the empowerment of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people.

Founded in 1983, AIDS Rochester, Inc. is a nonprofit agency leading a compassionate community effort within the eight-county Finger Lakes region. We provide a continuum of programs and services including education, prevention, advocacy and non-medical services to those infected with and affected by HIV.

The Buffalo Gay Men's Chorus (BGMC) performs a rich catalog of classical, contemporary, Broadway, pop, and multicultural music. Periodically the Buffalo and Rochester Gay Men's Chorus collaborate on joint performances.
